Representative Ogan moved and asked unanimous consent to                                            
withdraw the following:                                                                             
                                                                                                    
      HOUSE BILL NO. 95                                                                             
      "An Act relating to control of space in the state capitol and other                           
      buildings occupied by the legislature and its agencies; and                                   
      providing for an effective date."                                                             
                                                                                                    
Representative Berkowitz objected and withdrew the objection.  There                                
being no further objection, HB 95 was withdrawn.
